The internal job exchange
At PRETTL, further development does not only take place through special measures, such as the junior staff development program or in-service studies, but can also come from the employees themselves. To facilitate this, we have implemented the internal job exchange. It enables employees to make better use of the Group's diversity by applying internally for open positions.
