Gerhard Heilemann, Klaus Nagel and Thomas Braun

Management change at PRETTL Beteiligungs Holding.

Since 01.12.2022 Gerhard Heilemann (CEO), Klaus Nagel (COO) and Thomas Braun (CFO) form the new management team of PRETTL Beteiligungs Holding.

Gerhard Heilemann (CEO) first studied electrical engineering after his apprenticeship as an energy plant electronics engineer and then successfully completed his Executive MBA. He started his professional career as a development engineer at FESTO. Via self-employment (7 years) he joined the Würth Group and was responsible for various CEO functions for 15 years. This was followed by a short period of self-employment as a digital consultant before he became CEO of the FÖRCH Group for 5 years.

Since 01.12.2022 Mr. Heilemann is the new CEO of Beteiligungs Holding.

Klaus Nagel (COO) was after his apprenticeship as a toolmaker and mechanical engineering studies for 30 years in different forms of companies such as family businesses, groups and stock corporations as plant manager, vice president operations, authorized signatory and managing director COO active and responsible. Mr. Nagel rejoined the PRETTL group of companies on 01.Sept. 2022 and is now responsible for operations as the new COO of PRETTL Beteiligungs Holding.

After his banking apprenticeship and studies in economics, Thomas Braun was CFO for 20 years in various companies - family-owned, private equity and group. He has been with the PRETTL Group for almost two years and is now responsible for the commercial areas as CFO of Prettl Beteiligungs Holding.
