The internal job portal
Staff development at Prettl isn't simply thanks to special measures such as the junior managers program or in-service courses, but also from the employees themselves. Prettl has launched its internal job portal to assist this vital source of development. The job portal helps employees make better use of the opportunities created by the Group's diversity, by being able to apply for vacant internal posts. This ensures we make better use of existing experience, networks and internal Prettl-related skills and expertise.
In addition to this, the job portal encourages individuals to apply for positions that are within the Prettl Group, but at sites outside Germany.
