Corporate history

In the year 1953 engineer Franz W. Prettl has built the foundation of the PRETTL group. With respect to his princible – not to be dependent from only one business field – he developed PRETTL from a small business to a well diversified and active company. Today, PRETTL comprises more than 30 independent companies with more than 5,000 employees worldwide.
