PRETTL Lighting & Interior produces sophisticated, high-quality lighting and plastic modules / systems, mainly but not exclusively in the automotive sector. We accompany our customers from the initial idea through the concept stage to serial production and spare parts delivery. Our particular strengths lie in combining a variety of value-adding processes, including among others:
- Development and construction of single injection molded parts and complete systems, including electronics or low-cost punch scrap solutions
- Lighting Design of e.g. regulated lamps using light simulation and laboratory measurements in their own light lab
- plastic injection molding, 1K and 2K, clamping force 25-575t
- Surface refinement such as painting, tempering, lasing, and evaporating
- Joining techniques, such as ultrasonic or friction welding, hot stamping and bonding
- Assembly, both automatically and manually at one of our low-wage locations
We design and manufacture both indoor and outdoor lighting. As lamps we use LED's as well-proved bulbs. Our service offer here includes:

In the field of plastic modules / systems we operate in the decorative plastic modules for operating and kinematics solutions mainly in the automotive interior. Crucial for our high-quality plastic modules / systems are our high standards with regard to:
- appearance and quality of the surface, realized by means of painting, vaporization, chroming, IMD and printing
- feel and operation, its ergonomic design and customized key press point - using a pressure-sensitive mat, return springs, or micro-switches
- Kinematic properties, for example through small clearance and consistent cushioning by means of in-house manufactured silicone brakes
